In our webshop you can pay for your order via PayPal or Stripe.
We undertake the delivery within 7 working days. In practice, this usually happens within 2-4 working days.
Packages are delivered by DPD.

Private and non-private customers
Private customers
As a private customer you can place your order in our webshop. For the processing of your payment we use internationally known and trusted financial service providers who guarantee your financial security. Our AR Books LibrARy webshop therefore does not collect or store any of the payment information you provide when making a purchase.
Institutions and companies
Orders from non-private customers can be sent by e-mail to info@arbookslibrary.ie. Here you can request a tax deductible invoice and we also offer a money transfer service.
Takeover, delivery
We can only accept orders in the form of home delivery. There is no possibility of local pickup.
Important!
Immediately after a successful purchase, an e-mail with an order summary will be sent. Please check this in any case! If you do not receive such an e-mail within a few minutes after the purchase, please inform us as soon as possible at info@arbookslibrary.ie.
The most common reasons for not receiving an e-mail confirmation are:
- The email address you provided when registering is incorrect or your mailbox cannot receive mail because it is full. Therefore, please be sure to check the email address you provided and make sure there is space in your mailbox.
- In the case of direct PayPal credit card payments, we have experienced that for some customers the amount is debited but our webshop system and our bank do not receive the amount. In this case, our customer will notice that the money has been debited from their card, making it appear that they have made a successful purchase. However, as the purchase could not be completed at the last stage, the money will automatically reappear in the customer's account. However, we have no control over this process, which can take several days. We will contact you again by email or phone in this case.
Product return, refund
The buyer may withdraw from the purchase of the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. An exception to this rule is if the AR content for the book has already been activated in the book's software. Please let us know your return request by e-mail.
The most common problems when buying online :(
Fortunately, problems with online purchases are very very rare, about once per 600 purchases. As soon as we become aware of such a problem, we do our best to fix it as quickly as possible. Typical problems are mostly the following:
Email address problems
Immediately after a successful purchase an email will be sent with an order summary. Please check this in any case. If you do not receive such an email within a few minutes after purchase please inform us as soon as possible at info@arbookslibrary.ie.

Entering incorrect customer data
Sometimes buyers enter some - or even all :-( - contact details incorrectly. If, on top of that, the delivery address is wrong, the parcel will not be delivered and we cannot inform our buyer about all this if there are incorrect contact details. In such a case, if our customer does not contact our customer service within one week to clarify the details, we will refund the purchase amount after deducting the shipping costs.
The payment transaction is not successful
In the case of direct credit card payments, it can sometimes happen that the amount is debited from a customer's account but our webshop system and our bank does not receive the amount. In such a case, the customer is given the impression that he or she has made a successful purchase. However, as the purchase could not be completed at the last stage, the amount is automatically credited back to the customer's account. However, we have no control over this process, which can take several days. In this case, we will contact you again by email or phone.
Even couriers sometimes have a bad day...
We have engaged reputable and reliable service partners to deliver the goods ordered. Although very rare, it can still happen that despite the greatest care the package is damaged. In such cases, we will of course take back the damaged goods at our expense and resend them.
