Webshop Terms of Service (hereinafter: TOS)

  1. This TOS document should be understood in conjunction with the AR Application and contents TOS and Privacy policy, which regulate the use of the content and products of the AR Books LibrARy portal.
  2. The purpose of TOS is to determine the terms and conditions for the purchase of products and services sold in the Webshop. This legal relationship is established between the Publisher and the natural and non-natural persons registered there (hereinafter: Users).
  3. This document will only be published in electronic form under this link. The Publisher reserves the right to unilaterally change this TOS and notification of this will be sent to users in accordance with the provisions of the documents mentioned in section 1 of TOS
  4. Publisher declares that he ensures the operation of the webshop in full compliance with the guidelines of the applicable laws and regulations.

Functioning of the Webshop

  1. Products and services available in the webshop can only be ordered via the web interface.
  2. Ordered products are provided by home delivery only which can be provided by the Publisher's employee or a contracted service provider. There is no possibility of local pickup. If it is not possible to deliver the package to the home delivery address, the delivery will be repeated the next working day. If this fails again, the package is sent back to the Publisher's warehouse. A new delivery is possible against payment of an additional delivery fee. In this case the User can cancel the purchase - the price of the paid products then will be refunded by the Publisher to the bank account provided by the User.
    Our delivery partners ia DPD courier service. Deliveries are currently possible to Ireland. Delivery is charged per order.
  3. Payment is possible by bank card  in the Webshop. (Cash on delivery is available only in Hungary). The Webshop and the Publisher do not save the bank card data. During the payment process the transaction is carried out by redirecting to PayPal or SimplePay system (operated by OTP Mobil Kft.) The transaction fees are settled regularly between the Publisher and the payment service provider.
  4. Publisher offers the opportunity to try the ordered products and services on a test page prior to the User's purchase. This is to convince the User of the functionality and usability of the content of the product to be purchased.
  5. Based on the data provided by the User the Publisher issues an electronic invoice in digital form for all purchases which is sent to the user by email. (Electronic invoices are created by szamlazz.hu.)
  6. User can withdraw from the purchase of the ordered and paid product without consequences before the ordered product is handed over to the delivery partner and the relevant delivery notification is sent to the User.
  7. After the product has been delivered to the supplier in the case of withdrawal from the purchase, the price of the product will be refunded but the shipping costs will not, so the shipping fee will be borne by the User.
  8. The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the purchase, unless the user has already activated the AR content in the App with the code in the book. The legal basis for this is that the User may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of the provisions of 29. § Government Decree 45/2014, in particular: 
  • in relation to the sale of sealed audio or video recordings and editions of computer software, if the consumer has opened the packaging after delivery;
  • with regard to digital data content available on non physical storage media, if the service provider has started the service with the express prior consent of the customer and the customer has at the same time taken note of the fact that he will lose his right of revocation or withdrawal after the service has been started.
  1. In the event of a lawful withdrawal from the purchase after receipt of the product, the User must return the product to the Publisher at his own expense. Upon receipt of the undamaged product the Publisher will refund the purchase price of the product to the bank account number provided by the User.
  2. In the case of an individual user request the Publisher offers the option of later revocation after receipt of the product for a special reason that can be carried out within the framework of a mutual agreement. The user acknowledges that in this case the shipping costs and the costs of returning the product to the Publisher will be borne by him.   3. Publisher offers  99% availability of the operation of the Webshop and the associated services.
  4. The availability of IT systems and services in relation to the products available in the Webshop are set out in the AR Application and contents TOS and / or in the description of the specified product.
  5. Publisher makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed in the Webshop (such as price, availability and description of the products) is as accurate as possible. A price of for example, 0 £ or 1 £ which is obviously incorrect due to a system error, does not constitute a tender.  The pictures next to the products are usually illustrations, the properties of the product are included in their description. The liability of the Publisher for any errors that may occur is governed by the provisions of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) and the Civil Code are applicable.
